Our CNC workshop area is located inside the Pudak Scientific factory compounds of 32,000 m2 plant area in Bandung city. The Workshop itself is about 1000 m2 and divided into 3 sections of Mould Making section specifically for Mould Making, Turning and Milling section for Part Machining and Quality Control (QC) Section.
Our CNC machines, mostly if Japanese Brands, are selected based on several aspects such as High Speed, High Accuracy, and High Performance, the Stability of Production Quality and the Consistency of Finished Parts.
Our machines consist of 5-axis Machining Center, Horizontal Machining Center, Vertical Machining Center, CNC Turn-Mill Machines, Swiss Type CNC Auto Lathe, CNC Lathes, Conventional Lathes, Automatic Band Saw and CNC Marking Machine.
With the various collections of machines we are ready to provide services for prototyping, small batch volume production as well as high volume production of simple to the most complex parts with the highest quality but with reasonable cost. |
